115 g butter, at room temperature
75g white sugar
100 gm brown sugar
1 egg
Pinch of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
225 g flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of yeast
170gm dark or white chocolate chips

1.- It looks a bit difficult, but it is very easy to do. The first thing we do is mix the butter, which will be at room temperature, with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
2.- Then add the egg and vanilla essence. We are in the mix.

3.- Continue with the dry ingredients. In such cases, it is worth sifting, as it is always better to sift pasta flour. Add the flour, cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a smooth ball.
4.- Add the chocolate and continue mixing.

5.- Form balls of about 35-40 grams and freeze. We can spend an hour in the refrigerator or 10 minutes in the refrigerator. On the other hand, 6.- When the balls have cooled, put the cookie pan on a baking sheet or tray in the oven for 14 minutes.
